การรับประกัน เช็คสิทธิ์รับประกัน
เงื่อนไขและข้อยกเว้นไม่รับประกัน
-รับประกันตัวสินค้าระยะเวลาภายใน 1 ปี ไม่รวมอุปกรณ์อื่นๆที่แถมอยู่ในกล่อง
-บริษัทจะรับประกันเฉพาะสินค้าที่ผิดปกติ ชำรุด เสียหาย จากความบกพร่องของการผลิตจากโรงงาน ทั้งนี้ไม่รวมถึงความเสียหายหรือการเสื่อมสภาพที่มาจากการใช้งาน
-สามารถแจ้งเคลมสินค้าผ่านช่องทางที่ทำการสั่งซื้อได้โดยตรง ซึ่งต้องมีหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อในการแจ้งเคลมด้วย

เงื่อนไขและข้อยกเว้นไม่รับประกัน
1.ความเสียหายหรือการเสื่อมสภาพที่มาจากการใช้งาน เช่น ขาพับหัก สายปริ แตก ขาด หรือสีวัสดุเปลี่ยนแปลง
2.มีสภาพที่ไม่ควรเกิดจากการใช้งานปกติ เช่น คราบน้ำ ตะไคร่น้ำ สนิม
3.เกิดอุบัติเหตุ เช่น ตก หล่น กระแทก หรือ เกิดจากการงัดแงะ
4.สินค้าเสียหายเนื่องจากปัจจัยภายนอก เช่น ไฟตก, ไฟเกิน, ฟ้าผ่า
5.ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงที่ไม่ได้มาพร้อมอุปกรณ์

-ไม่รับคืนสินค้า กรณีเปลี่ยนใจ สั่งผิดสี ผิดรุ่น
-ทางบริษัทจะทำการตรวจสอบสินค้า โดยสินค้าต้องพบปัญหาจากการผลิตเท่านั้น จึงทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าตัวใหม่ให้
-บริษัทไม่รับเปลี่ยน / รับซ่อม สินค้าที่ไม่ได้ซื้อจากทางบริษัท
-หากมีการเปลี่ยนตัวสินค้าให้ใหม่ จะรับประกันสินค้าชิ้นนี้ต่อไปตามระยะเวลาที่เหลืออยู่ นับจากวันที่รับประกันสินค้าครั้งแรก
-กรณีที่สินค้าอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขในการรับประกัน บริษัทจะใช้เวลาในการดำเนินเรื่องและส่งคืนสินค้า ภายใน 7-10 วันทำการ

กรณีสินค้ายกเลิกการผลิตทางบริษัท หรือ พบปัญหาจากตัวสินค้า ขอชดเชยตามรายละเอียดด้านล่างนี้ในกรณีที่สินค้ารับประกัน 1 ปี หรือ 12 เดือน
-อายุต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 1 เดือน ชดเชย 100% ของมูลค่าสินค้า
-อายุ 1-3 เดือน ชดเชย 75% ของมูลค้าสินค้า
-อายุ 3-6 เดือน ชดเชย 50% ของมูลค้าสินค้า
-อายุ 6-9 เดือน ชดเชย 25% ของมูลค้าสินค้า
-อายุ 9-12 เดือน ชดเชย 10% ของมูลค้าสินค้า

* หมายเหตุ บริษัทจะพิจารณาว่าผลิตภัณฑ์นั้น "อยู่ภายใต้การรับประกัน" หรือไม่ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของบริษัทตามมาตรฐานข้างต้น หากมีการเปลี่ยนตัวสินค้า(เฉพาะตัวสินค้าที่มีปัญา) ทางบริษัทฯ จะรับประกันสินค้าชิ้นนี้ต่อไปตามระยะเวลาที่เหลืออยู่ นับจากวันที่รับประกันสินค้าครั้งแรก การรับประกันของทางบริษัท ในกรณีที่สินค้าอยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขในการรัประกัน บริษัทจะใช้เวลาในการดำเนินเรื่องและส่งคืนสินค้า ภายใน 7 วันทำการ
